Clear & Transparent Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all goods and services supplied by Elite Signage Limited (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to the customer (“you”, “your”). By placing an order, accepting a quotation, or engaging the Company to provide any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing. These Terms and Conditions take precedence over any terms proposed by the customer unless expressly accepted by the Company in writing.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are valid for a specified period (typically 30 days) unless stated otherwise.
Prices are based on the specifications provided at the time of quoting; changes to size, materials, artwork, quantity, or installation requirements may result in revised pricing.
Quotes do not include additional design, artwork amendments, permits, access equipment, or unforeseen site conditions unless explicitly stated.
Orders & Acceptance
An order is only confirmed once written approval (email or signed confirmation) is received.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
Artwork & Proofing
Customers are responsible for supplying artwork that meets the required specifications unless design services are included.
Proofs will be supplied for approval where applicable; approval confirms acceptance of layout, content, colours, spelling, and dimensions.
We are not responsible for errors once artwork or proofs have been approved.
Colour & Material Variations
Colour matching is carried out using industry-standard processes, but exact colour reproduction (including Pantone matches) cannot be guaranteed across different materials and print runs.
Minor colour, finish, or material variations are considered acceptable and are not grounds for rejection.
Production & Turnaround Times
Production timelines are estimates and begin from final artwork approval and receipt of any required deposit or payment.
Delays caused by artwork issues, customer changes, third-party suppliers, weather conditions, or force majeure are not the responsibility of the company.
Installation
Installation dates are subject to site readiness, weather conditions, and access availability.
The customer is responsible for ensuring surfaces are clean, sound, and suitable for application.
We are not liable for failures caused by unsuitable surfaces, existing paint defects, rust, body fillers, or prior coatings.
Vehicle Graphics Specifics
Vehicle graphics are applied at the customer’s risk where paintwork is aged, resprayed, or damaged.
Removal of graphics may affect underlying paint or surfaces; we are not responsible for damage caused by removal unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No guarantee is provided for graphics applied to vehicles with poor paint condition.
Durability & Warranty
Material warranties are subject to manufacturer specifications and correct use, care, and environmental exposure.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by impact, abrasion, chemicals, pressure washing, neglect, or misuse.
Expected lifespan may vary depending on location, orientation, weather, and maintenance.
Customer-Supplied Materials
We accept no responsibility for defects, failures, or delays resulting from customer-supplied materials or substrates.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are as agreed at the time of ordering; deposits may be required.
Late payments may result in delays, suspension of work, or additional charges.
Ownership of goods remains with the company until payment is received in full.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders cancelled after production has commenced may be charged in full or in part.
Changes requested after approval may incur additional costs and affect delivery timelines.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or financial losses including loss of earnings or business interruption.
Intellectual Property
Customers confirm they have the right to use all supplied artwork, logos, and content.
The customer indemnifies the company against any claims arising from copyright or trademark infringement.
Storage & Disposal
Completed goods not collected within an agreed timeframe may incur storage fees or be disposed of without liability.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates.
